Role Summary ​

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technology Solutions Sales Specialist to drive business growth across our technology portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, developing proposals, and closing new business opportunities across private and public sector organizations.

Solutions Portfolio 

The successful candidate will be an expert and sell Modern Work Solutions and Cybersecurity Solutions. Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions, Data & Artificial Intelligence Solution, Business Applications (ERP & CRM) and Managed Services and Digital Transformation Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to design winning solutions.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications and Responsibilities


  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business information technology (BBIT), Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4 years and above proven experience in ICT, Technology, Software, Cloud, Connectivity, Infrastructure, Security, or Enterprise Solutions Sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience engaging decision-makers at C-level and senior management levels.
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling enterprise accounts, tenders, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions in business terms.
  • Relevant ICT sales certifications will be an added advantage.
