The Human Resource Manager will lead
the full People & Culture function for Cloud Productivity Solutions (CPS),
ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains high‑performing talent
while maintaining full compliance with labour laws and internal governance
standards.
The role provides strategic and
operational leadership across workforce planning, recruitment, performance
management, learning and development, employee relations, HR operations, and
organizational culture, supporting CPS’s continued growth across East Africa.
The HR Manager is expected to run the
function using structured systems, defined workflows, and data‑driven decision‑making,
with a strong emphasis on performance discipline, skills development,
certification governance, and accountability in a technology‑driven business
where people capability directly impacts delivery and revenue.
