HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Cloud Productivity Solutions is looking for a Human Resource Manager to help us build a strong, motivated, and high-performing workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, hiring the right talent, setting clear performance expectations, and creating a positive and well-structured working environment.

The Human Resource Manager will support employees across Sales, Technical, and Administrative teams while ensuring HR processes are clear, fair, compliant, and well managed.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the full HR and People function across the organization
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate training, certifications, and career development
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations or generalist roles
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
  • Strong people skills and communication ability
  • Organized, structured, and process‑driven approach
  • High integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications


  • Professional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
  • Experience in a technology or professional services environment
  • Experience setting up or improving HR systems and workflows
  • Exposure to multi-country HR operations
