HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Cloud Productivity Solutions is looking for a Human Resource Manager to help us build a strong, motivated, and high-performing workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, hiring the right talent, setting clear performance expectations, and creating a positive and well-structured working environment.
The Human Resource Manager will support employees across Sales, Technical, and Administrative teams while ensuring HR processes are clear, fair, compliant, and well managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full HR and People function across the organization
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes
- Support performance management, appraisals, and follow‑ups
- Coordinate training, certifications, and career development
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations or generalist roles
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
- Strong people skills and communication ability
- Organized, structured, and process‑driven approach
- High integrity and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience in a technology or professional services environment
- Experience setting up or improving HR systems and workflows
- Exposure to multi-country HR operations
